WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW

People keep asking me what I'm up to these days.
Every day is a different story, but it feels like I'm always working.
CRUD apps and data reports aside, here's what else is vying for my attention:
LEISURE HACKING
You just know I've been vibe coding lately. As imperfect as these AI tools are, I've really been enjoying not having to deal with the banal minutiae of technical implementation. I feel like I finally have time to build the ambitious projects I've always wanted. Of the many projects I have in the works, I'm primarily focusing on these three:
- WorkHole - The ticketing system I (and my clients) actually need
- DataMix Studio - Edge-native content modeling studio (headless CMS for Cloudflare Workers)
- Verge Kit - Edge-native application starter kit
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
- I've been obsessed with guitars recently, specifically Telecasters. Bought my first tele a few months back and now I'm doing a lot of practicing and writing more songs. Speaking of which,
- Slowly putting my studio back together and recording an EP that I would love to finish by the end of the year.
- (also slowly) Packaging all my old music and putting it online - Lullabye Records is coming one of these days
- Several road trips planned this summer, more photography adventures and hanging out in beautiful places
- Finally getting back into rock climbing! I effectively stopped in 2020, but our gym just re-opened and it's game on
- Incremental progress with the perpetual home improvement projects. There's always something...
